Movement 101: The Fundamentals of Mobility
This workshop is designed for all levels and caters to all types of movers. We recommend this as an entry level workshop for those looking to better understand the basics of joint mobility, enhancing range of motion and building in-depth awareness of how the body is designed to move.
Strength 101: The Fundamentals of Stability
This workshop is a great complement to Movement 101, also catering to all levels and interests. We will focus on building blocks of strength, examining often ignored muscles groups and the role they place in stabilizing key areas of the body, such as our shoulders, knees and hips.
Yoga 101: Vinyasa Basics
This workshop is perfect for those who are interested in starting a yoga practice and looking for the right information to ensure the fundamentals are in place. Very popular with athletes and trainers, as well as those just getting back in shape.
Finding the Work
Building on the basics from our 101 series, these workshops address specific areas of the body such as the shoulders, hips (glutes) and back, integrating mobility and stability exercises within an exploration of various asana postures. These workshops are suitable for all levels, and great for yoga students looking for more in-depth perspective on building strength while maintaining healthy range of motion.
Flipping the Work: Turning Your World Upside-down
A workshop for those with yoga and/or movement experience, who are interested in learning more about the building blocks required for arm balances, headstand and handstand. This workshop will also investigate the role of handstands in increasing overhead range of motion.
